CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENT
RESTAURANT BOOKINGS
⋅ In the event of a no-show or cancellations made within 24 hours, the full cost of your booking will apply.
⋅ No penalty will be incurred if a cancellation notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
⋅ Bookings made on public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
⋅ In the event of a no-show, cancellation, or amendments made within 24 hours, the entire stay will be charged to the provided card.
⋅ No penalty will be incurred if a notice of 24 hours is provided.

GUIDED ADVENTURE BOOKINGS
For cancellations initiated by the customer prior to arrival at The Great Glenorchy Alpine Base Camp, the following cancellation fees apply:
⋅ The non-refundable 10% deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited
⋅ 30 days or more from arrival date: cancellation fee is NZD$200 per person
⋅ Between 14 – 29 days from arrival date: cancellation fee is 50% of total trip cost
⋅ Within 14 days of arrival date: cancellation fee is 100% of the total trip cost
⋅ Once the trip has commenced no refund applies due to any circumstance
Note: If we are unable to operate or choose to cancel a trip prior to arrival, all guests on that trip will receive a full refund or can be rebooked at no additional cost. Please note that once a trip begins we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary for the safety and comfort of the guests.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
⋅ Payment for all restaurant and accommodation reservations will be settled during check-out.
⋅ All adventure reservations will incur a non-refundable 10% deposit upon booking, and full payment must be made 90 days before your departure date.
⋅ Should you make a reservation within 90 days of your departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
⋅ All payments are taken in New Zealand Dollars. The Great Glenorchy Alpine Base Camp takes no responsibility for currency fluctuations when dealing with refunds (if applicable).
