EMERGENCY

LOCKED OUT?
There will be a spare key for your hut in the lockbox, located beside the front door to the front entrance of the main building (Oban street side). The combination is XXXX.
Or feel free to contact Doug at any time at +64 21 298 2148.
NEED FIRST AID?
For minor injuries, visit the staff in the restaurant. Or if outside of staffed hours, contact Doug at +64 21 298 2148.
For serious or life threatening injuries call 111.
NOTICED A FIRE?
Each hut is equipped with a fire suppression system. In the event of a fire, trigger the alarm and evacuate the hut to meet at either carpark at the front or rear entrance, and dial 111.
If you notice a fire and are not in immediate danger, press one of the red ‘call point’ fire alarm buttons located in each of our courtyards, and then head to the assembly point.

DINNER
Our dinner service starts from 6:45pm, with your food served at approximately 7:30pm. We recommend you come a bit earlier for a drink and a mingle with your friendly hosts and other guests.

Bookings are required with at least 36hrs notice, and dietary requirements can be specified while making a reservation.

If you’d like to have a picnic, we can arrange a hamper for you. Visit our staff in the kitchen to discuss your options. A minimum of 24hrs notice is required, but the more notice the better.
HILL FOOD
We offer a range of lightweight dehydrated backpacking meals. You can also hire a Jetboil and gas canister from us to prepare them. To arrange, visit our staff in the kitchen.
